Here are my thoughts on the whole Carmelo Anthony to Houston situation. I'd love to see this Big 3 of CP3, H13 & Melo go down and try and challenge the GSW! Also, if this all goes down... we can actually see CP3 get to play with a decent small forward for once! I'm all for it.

the NBA needs to do conferences like the mlb does leagues 3 divisions in each conference/league (east, central, and west). and like the mlb the teams from each conference are random

If you have the third team as the pelicans where they get Ryan and one other player to improve the rest of the bench/team and they give up a 2019 and 2020 1st pick which go the kicks and the rockets get Carmelo, as I think they would all be happy with that. The Pelicans have a lot of cap room so can pay Ryan and it gives the kicks some picks to add some young players for the future.

fam everybody is forgetting chris played with blake when he was top 5 mvp voting in 2015. he's played with other studs to like dj and west who r now 3 and 4 on his best teammate list, but are(were in david west's case) top 5 at their positiob when cp played with em

Hey nick you should do a video on what if Jason Kidd went to San Antonio in 2003. He was supposed to go there as an unrestricted FA and be the starting point guard. That would be an interesting video and how it could've changed the NBA.

Interesting trade if they can work out the cap space : Lin back to the rockets AND under Mike D'Antoni for Ryan Anderson to the nets. Both teams could benefit from this trade. Nets just got DLO, another PG and lost their vet big in brook lopez. When playing under D'Antoni in 2012, jermey Lin took the NBA by storm with "linsanity." Ik jermey has suffered some injuries since then and probably won't become linsanity 2.0 but he could become a solid back up to CP3. Just an interesting scenario and I don't think anyone said it yet.

All Melo needs is a good pass first point guard to play with. He was at an all star level playing with Chaucey Billups in Denver and as a result, he was at the top of his game...he gave my Lakers quite a scare in 2008. He gets a guy like Chris Paul to play with, he can be close to that level again. Throw in Harden, Melo can play the post a lot more as well as stretch the floor which can be a problem for opponents. If this could happen, LOOK OUT WARRIORS.
