BANKRUPT Katie Price and her boyfriend Kris Boyson bought massages at JFK airport before returning home from their expensive New York trip.  The star, 41, has been splashing the cash in the Big Apple as she tries to establish a reality career in the US.  This is despite being declared bankrupt last month after failing to pay back huge debts.  The pair look relaxed before the seven hour flight back home.  Katie cuts a casual figure in a white jumper, grey leggings and pink slippers.  Kris, 29, is wearing black skinny jeans with a black top.  Sources close to Katie revealed to The Sun how she was spending "thousands of dollars on Versace and Ralph Lauren" even though she was declared bankrupt - because she didn't want to ruin Christmas.  The source told us: "She says her kids deserve to enjoy it and she’s got a loan from a friend, and some spending money from Kris, and she’s using credit cards still. You’d never know she was bankrupt from the way she’s been acting."  The former glamour model believes a reality show about her would appeal to Americans because millions tune into shows like the Real Housewives of New York.  But one area where she didn't blow all her money was the hotel, as the normally glam couple shacked up in the £44-a-night Hotel Pennsylvania near Times Square.  The hotel once had to settle a court case over bed bugs, making it a stark contrast to the glitzy five-star Trump Towers where Pricey stayed during her last visit in 2011.  Photos of the ageing hotel, shared on TripAdvisor, have revealed exposed plumbing in its bathrooms, paint flaking off walls and cockroaches crawling in a bathtub.  One review written on December 10th gave the hotel just one star, but said: "Literally would put 0 stars if I could.  "Warning you now to stay the h*ll away from this establishment!!!! We had a leaking toilet leaving water on the floor."  Another one star review written this month said: "Terrible, terrible hotel! Filthy carpets, old and ripped bed linen, bugs crawling in the shower. This was a surreal experience."
