Tensions rise after Azerbaijan blocks land route from Armenia

French Foreign Minister, Catherine Colonna, has urged Armenian and Azeri leaders to resume talks over a disputed enclave.
Azerbaijan has rejected the appeals to remove a checkpoint on the Lachin Corridor, the only road connecting the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region and Armenia.

Azerbaijanies kept keys from their hourses for almost 30 years. All so called european "peace makers" wached how that houses were demolished. If Nagorno-Karabakh is ethnic Armenian then there are only three options:
1. Either give that area to Armenia in return for some other piece of land or other incentives.
2. Relocate the population in Armenia with suitable compensation.
3. Azebaijan should treat the ethnic Armenians like equal citizens and provide all amnesties to them like the rest of Azeris...

I suggest Azerbaijan to establish Airforce base and permanent drone station. It must introduce modern border control to stop weapon infiltration. It should also establish multiple layer border patrol and Cantonment of its reestablished citizen's.
