On this week's episode of Gear Factor, Alex Skolnick and Eric Peterson of #Testament play some of the greatest riffs from their catalog and beyond, and throw in some improvisation to cap it off.

The New Order album reshaped my musical identity at the time and shortly after I had begun playing guitar. I don’t listen to Testament as much these days but omg just listening to these two riffing on some of the old tunes makes me wanna take a deep dive again. Much love.

Being 70s kids I knew they'd mention KISS and people are always shocked at how big of an influence they truly where back then. The riff for Parasite at the time must of been mind blowing.

An amazing and extremely underrated guitar duo!!! Alex Skolnick is a PHENOMENAL lead guitar player, and Eric Peterson is a PHENOMENAL riff MASTER!!! They sound so amazing together every time they harmonize together. They were already incredible together since their debut album The Legacy came out.
