When Bitcoin Will Hit $100,000

This is my Bitcoin price prediction before the end of the year. First let's cover what happened this week because it's been amazing for investors in the crypto space.

OK - GIVE ME YOUR PRICE PREDICTION:
Worst case scenario is $100,000 before the end of 2021 - but it will be closer to $135,000.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS?

WHAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK?
A lot! We got two Bitcoin ETFs, PIMCO which is an asset manager with $2.2 trillions in assets under management started to FOMO into Bitcoin. The Houston pension fund that’s supposed to pay firefighters in retirement just bought $25 million of Bitcoin and Ethereum, we also have Facebook which partnered up with Coinbase to create their own wallet which means soon - if regulators allow - we might be able to spend and send crypto to each other on Facebook.

OK WHO CARES, WHAT IS THE STOCK TO FLOW MODEL?
The stock to flow model was created to try to understand the future price of finite resources or commodities, which are things like silver and gold - so Plan B took the stock to flow model and applied it to Bitcoin and what it does - is it looks at the stock - aka the amount of something in existence and compares it to the flow - which is the how often of that something gets created or produced.

OTHER REASONS WHY BITCOIN IS GOING UP?
Everyone loves a good story. The story on everyone's mind right now is money and how the government is printing money.

This gives the Fed the ability to pick who the winners are as sort of an unintended consequence. Inflation means rising asset prices. Now inflation is not always a bad thing, it’s great if you’re already wealthy, it’s great if you already own stocks, if you own a house, the value goes up. If you don't - you get left behind.

WHY DOES IT MATTER?
Think about our parents. They were taught to invest in a traditional 60/40 split. 60% allocated into stocks, the other 40% into bonds. That traditional split means you're losing money to inflation which means something has to change. Either way for the government to step in and increase interest rates (which they won't until 2023) or invest differently. For some that means going 100% into the stock market, for others it means investing some of it into Bitcoin.

WHAT IS THE BITCOIN ETF?
This is not a "spot ETF" (owning the asset directly). Instead of owning Bitcoin directly, buying this ETF means you own a futures contracts that represent your commitment to buy the underlying asset in the future when a contract expires - and these contracts are then bundled up into investments that you can buy and trade like a stock on the open market ala ETF style.

SHOULD I INVEST IN IT?
The short answer is - no. The long answer is - probably no. The ETF is for anyone who likes to trade Bitcoin and speculate - aka day traders and people who like to use leverage and want to use a traditional brokerage instead of a crypto one - because you can now leverage with options inside your favorite brokerage like Robinhood, WeBull, M1 Finance, Public, or some of the older ones like E-Trade, TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, etc.

WHO'S BUYING BITCOIN NOW?
Everyone from retail investors, hedge fund managers (Paul Tudor Jones who predicted the stock market crash of 1987), pension funds, and even countries.

WHAT'S THE BEST CASE SCENARIO?
The best case based on the stock to flow model is $450,000. Doesn't sound real right? It could happen. Watch the video to find out how.
