Trying to prove to the world that you're satoshi through lawsuits is the least satoshi thing to do, sorry Craig but that's a no from me. My bet is on Paul Le Roux, his background and personal philosophy make him the top candidate. He worked on banking systems in his early days, he specialised in cryptography, he gifted to the world opensource software for encrypting hard drives, he had issues with payment processors and banks while making hundreds of millions of dollars in profits from his drugs and weapons businesses, why wouldn't he create a solution with his skills? Satoshi disappeared around the time Paul Le Roux was arrested. His fake passport name Solotshi sounds a lot like Satoshi. Some other candidates definitely deserve honorable mentions for their early contributions but the main guy behind bitcoin is currently locked up in a US federal prison

I'm very intrigued though. I would love to know if this is true. Very cool to have the first Bitcoin ever mined....but in reality there are 50 bitcoins from the first block to be mined...since you can't mine an individual coin

If i had to guess satoshi is a genius with a doctoral degree in computer programming and maybe a few other degrees in other subjects and is between the ages of 31-66 he is probably fluent in multiple languages since he goes by a Japanese alias but types in very fluent english which leads me to believe he has ties to some sort of special intelligence he has a very high IQ and might already be a powerful and wealthy person which is why he hasn’t touched his funds.

He created bitcoin for a purpose but it turned into something so powerful and so ground breaking he was eventually tracked down and killed by a very powerful individual or entity & nobody knows because it was an inside job of somebody with no identity.
