the problem with irelia rn it's how much easier she became, she needs one less stack, has a shitton of healing with the current items cuz trinity irelia isn't a thing anymore, her Q loses cd with R lvls, and also she became an AA champ instead of being Q dependant to deal dmg, Q is mostly a gap closer instead of her main source of dmg.
