This is about stripping women of their HIPPA rights and basic medical privacy. And yes, Title IX should prevent that, but in a world that is rapidly stripping women of basic personhood rights, if this suit ends of in the hands of radical judges, women could lose ALL our protections.

To add, there are plenty of colleges that have sought and received exemptions from Title IX, primarily religious colleges such as BYU and Baylor. Avoid these schools like the plague.
