The Intersections of Safety & DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)

This session explores the intersections of safety and DE&I principles by offering an overview of those intersections followed by three cases: physical safety in remote environments, staff empowerment to address safety concerns, and cultural safety. Speakers will describe their organization’s approach to addressing safety through a DEI lens.
