I made a splitter for the front brake line and added a second rotor and caliper on mine, and got way better highspeed braking. Highly recommend

Looks awesome man I love it! My grandfather passed away 2 months ago and I got his 78 KZ750 project. Hope to bring it back to its former glory and make him proud!

when you first touted the idea of building a scrambler out of a KZ750 i thought you was mad as a box of frogs ! oh how youve proved me wrong Sir. The bike has turned out champion.

You've done a marvellous job on the 750; it looks and sounds great. Back in the 70s no one cared for that bike, it looked overweight and underpowered and it was "only" a twin, but you've made it into something quite desirable.

KZ-750 Alright! That ride took me back to the oil field roads around Conroe Texas. 1971ish on a "don't dare laugh" 175 two-stroke twin Bridgestone scrambler. Thanks very much for sharing the ride/build.

I run pods on my KZ750B and it runs just fine. :'D glad to see someone else just did the pods anyway.

Great build as always. Great way to stop haters is to use your knowledge and build it right.

The build is awesome, great going along with the process and see the bikes evolution. Your problem solving is top notch, and yeah overall love your work. I think most people that follow you will feel the same. This is the second build I watched after barn to brat. Great great great.

I like to camp off a bike. I carry a small 2 person tent, military bed roll, baby wipes (in case of no shower area) other than that just the little things needed
Love the KZ Taylor you did another great build

I just ran across this vidio bike looks really good. Pod filters are always a problem unless you get the jetting right, which sounds like you did. Any time you build something your going to get people saying your doing it wrong, been there done that, doesn't hurt to listen but don't change course based on it.

I have no tools no garage, I’m 52 years old and disabled so I don’t care about using a clutch even though I grew up on dirt I can ride a hand clutch, , , mine is built into the crank and you just shift one low and one high gear!!!! I need my bike at 406 curb weight to loose weight because of my back Thanks for your videos they inspire me!!! If you won’t do my build I’ll eventually go elsewhere but I would rather have you!!! I like your work and I know you know old Honda motorcycles

Re. Moto camping. A top quality tent. I use a Hilleberg. Sleeping bag. I use a Rab Premier Light 500. Weighs half a kilo and packs away to the size of a bag of sugar. A sleeping mat. I use a Thermarest self inflating mat. All three of these items are expensive, but I have been bike camping for over 35 years now, and good kit makes life a lot easier at the end of a long days' ride!

I've had pods on my 750 with stock jets for a number of years. When I first got the bike, I just graduated high school. I was young and dumb, and got rid of the stock airbox. The bike runs fine in higher RPMs, but the idle has always been off. Sounds like it's on one cylinder sometimes, backfiring, etc. Glad you listed your carb specs, I will be trying to dial mine in finally

I ran K&N pods on my H1 and H2. Increased main jet size and both bikes ran fine (with expansion chambers.)
