Dang! I did a quick calculation with the sugar in my daily intake of coffee. I don’t always consume it all, just using the norm.
One teaspoon is 0.1677 ounces and I use 4 teaspoons total in the total amount of coffee I may drink each day.
That’s 15 pounds of sugar consumed in one year.

Unfortunately, so is most of this world (TOXIC!). Always great to feel great and be healthy. But far more importantly: WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY? i am VERY VERY confused. He says that the sugar content is total carbs minus the fiber. But let's take lentils, per 100 grams they have 65 grams of carbs minus the 12 grams of fiber, would result in 53 grams of sugar. What? Lentils have sugar? I think he uses the word "sugar" as being equivalent to carbohydrate, which is clearly wrong, because sugar is have glucose, half fructose. Why would lentils have fructose? He probably means glucose, but that's not sugar. Why does he make everything so confusing?
