HONSHU BOSHIN DOUBLE EDGE SWORD

The Honshu Boshin Double Edge Sword fuses tradition and innovation to yield a masterwork of modern sword design. The sword boasts a 30 1/2” 1060 high carbon steel blade that’s unrivaled in sharpness and strength. Trading traditional trappings for sleek contemporary style, the cutting edge Boshin is an undeniably modern weapon. Textured TPR shrouds the handle for an ergonomic no-slip grip and the handle is crowned with an oversized polished steel pommel. The guard snubs fanciful ornamentation in favor of a practical pointed ellipse design. In keeping with the Boshin sword’s clean, functional motif, the scabbard is wooden with a semi-gloss black finish and features black faux leather wrapping and cotton cord. Wielding the Honshu Boshin Double Edge Sword is almost Zen-like - you just have to experience it for yourself!

I think Honsu needs to adopt the over the top dead pig slicing videos à la cold steel.

0:50 - 1:15 I'm just imagining one of those moments where the music just *cuts* and at the same time the camera cuts to a closeup of someone jogging by a little ways off, but they stop when they see this guy. It's just completely silent except for the sound of dry tree being whacked with a sword, and in between each strike is this guy's harsh breathing, maybe he's humming the music to himself, repeatedly attacking the tree, jumping over it, attacking it more, and the person standing there in the distance is watching this just going "Wtf am I witnessing right now?".

This video is full of so much realism. What do men do when the actually buy one of these swords. Take it on a camping trip... cut some water bottles... It's not like someone with one of these will go fight an army or be an actual ninja. I thoroughly enjoyed this and saw myself in it; thank you BudK.

I love the attempt to justify us buying this bad ass weapon with a practical reason. I didn't need such a reason to buy mine, but thank you anyway.

notice no sasquatch messed with him. That to me is a selling point!

Where's the anatomically correct ballistic torso?

This actually looks quite nimble. And while I don't condone using swords for Bushcraft... It seemed to hold up. Would have liked to see any signs of edge damage if there was any. Most blades can cut and break sticks and be thrown into logs. I (and I think most other people who are going to drop money on a sword) want to know what those targets do to the blade rather than what the blade does to the targets.

Just constructive criticism. Honestly I think I might be getting one of these for light cutting. Keep up the good work.

Also. What's the deal with all the scilent videos coming out lately?

Really enjoyed the finding multiple water bottles in the woods and SLICING! Nice little touches like that go far in a blade vid. 💯🔥👍

what is with the unnecessary pelvic thrust @ 1:18?! hasn't that tree been through enough!?

Breaking dried twigs doesn't mean the sword is sharp, try it on a piece of meat to proof it's really sharp.

pretty unimpressive. if this is actually properly tempered and heat treated 1060, it should be able to cut through some of those thick branches and smaller trees without breaking or warping. The fact that all it did was cut through some really dry twigs and water bottles is quite telling. I was really considering this, but the lack of demonstration in a demonstration video is quite telling

They should let me test their swords...ill cut down whole tree branches like i did with the swords i previously bought from them.
