Their is need for the DPP to be accountable to Kenyans seeking justice and also to Kenya as a whole. All the criminal justice stakeholders are accountable to one institution or another, who keeps the ODPP in check? Who ensure that the ODPP doesn't go rogue?. Let us all work for the interest of justice

Prosecutors worth their salt take pride on number of convictions, this one is proud of the withdrawals 😂

What about corruption cases whereby individuals have been found to have accumulated more wealth that they can not explain. Does the DPP do lifestyle audits, bank statements, bank transactions and property accumulation?

Too defensive and frankly tone deaf. Kenyans should lower their expectations, if they had any, during his tenure...

Corruption from the executive office controls the office of the DPP. Zakayo himself is corrupt.

When I grow up I want to be appointed by Ruto and I do not have to do anything and justify it in the name of "if we lose we might be sued". Pathetic

oh, so they'd rather dismiss a conveniently shoddy case for fear of being sued for a couple of millions while the clearly suspects actually stole billions from public funds, What a joke, with this guy in charge it pays to steal or kill. They should publish why the cases suddenly got weak or had no merit, useless kabisa. skewered moral compass,
