Arkansas Trout Fishing

When it comes to trout fishing, It’s hard to beat Arkansas. Trout aren’t native to The Natural State, but Arkansas is famous for its excellent trout fisheries.
Arkansas’s trout fisheries are the result of cold-water discharge downstream from many U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dams. To mitigate the loss of warm water fisheries, trout are stocked in the cold tailwaters. More than a million each year.

Ok so I live in Arkansas but yet you can't say it's hard to beat Arkansas in trout fishing because you literally go to any state north of ar and get twice as many natural trout as here

What about public access to Spavinaw Creek??? Ark state $$$ stocked fish years ago and its all private. Thats not right or American.
