I’d go for slow build up in defense and direct runs in attack.
Width 65 depth 45 defense on balance

I think I'll try to work out a way to apply manual pressure, maybe balanced on high depth and width with step up for fbs to create pressure traps near the sideline

If you're one of the EA Game Changers....tell EA to fix AI not making long crosses into the box from the flanks. It's an obvious flaw that has been present since FIFA 21.

This is breaking the games immersion.
