What Robbie fails to factor in is the "quality" of the Hearts fouls. All fouls are not equal – not all are worthy of a yellow card, and some merit a straight red.

Some of Hearts' fouls were egregious and cynical. No wonder Juranovic was incensed when Cochrane manhandled him to the ground. Cochrane got what he deserved later on when he fouled Calmac.

Players on a yellow card should know better than to indulge in behaviour which might draw a second yellow. Look at Tony Sibbick for example – he clearly pushed Abada to the ground, then pulled his arms back, with forearms vertical and palms open, as if to say "I didn't do it, guv, he fell over all by himself".

From 0:05, Robbie got the numbers of fouls twisted, as well as his knickers. The BBC match-report stats show Celtic 11 fouls, Hearts 12 fouls, not the other way around. (Or maybe he is correct, and the BBC have got it wrong?)

Saying that Hearts got 2 red cards and 5 bookings makes it sound like 7 players were carded. Not so. There were 7 bookings, but two of those were "double yellows", hence the 2 sendings off. And why was Robbie whispering? I had to crank the volume up to the max. He came across as a broken, self-pitying man.

Robbie the game wasn't won on fouls. Celtic were leading 1-0 and had regained the ascendancy. What made it hard today is you couldnt muster a shot on target, 6 corners at least 2nd half and not one troubled Celtic who arent the tallest side.
When managers deflect their performance onto refereeing decisions its poor management.

The fact Hearts had zero shots on target too may have been a factor

No mention of the linesman waving offside when Kyogo was on or that fact 2 of the bookings were double yellows so they had to be sent off. Difference is the fouls committed by Celtic players weren't bad enough to warrant a booking. It's nothing to do with going to Glasgow maybe teach your players not to be petulant by throwing the ball away when goalkeeper is doing a goal kick.

It's absolutely brilliant the bears fans are frothing at the mouth over this 😋.

If they go out of the CL on Wednesday the meltdown will be epic.

This guys is living in a parallel universe - Celtic was playing football and the two Hearts players that sent off thought is was a Rugby match!!!

He needs to look at the 4 bookings again how he can blame the ref I don't know. Let himself down again.

That's because the Hearts fouls were yellow cards Robbie!
Perhaps you should revise as to what earns a player a yellow card before you whinge about the ref...

What a fucking joke. During the second half celtic kept getting corners going the other way, throw ins not going their way etc. The guys an embarassment.

Hearts beat Dundee United at home last week 8 fouls 0 yellow cards. Dundee United 11 fouls 4 yellow cards.

Rangers beat Killie a few weeks ago at home 13 rangers fouls 0 yellow cards. Killie 17 fouls 6 yellow cards.

It’s all about context Robbie and the same in these games. The fouls by the dominant teams are daft ones in the oppositions half/box. The less dominant team tend to stop attacks, very cynical, time wasting etc.

Liam Boyce literally got a card for picking up a ball Joe Hart put down to take a goal kick and threw it away. The other 2 yellows were seconds yellow which lead to the reds so you’ve only got your team to blame for their stupidness.

I do not support Hearts, nor do I support either of Glasgow's ugly sisters and I agree wholeheartedly with Robbie. I also think his football style is murder to watch but that's for the Jambos to deal with
