This is such great advice because he’s telling him to love with your head, and not your heart. When you love with your head, you adequately apply love when necessary and love someone or something in a healthy way. If you love with your heart, you don’t actually love them you idolize them. You treat them like there’s some sort of God in your life. Which is why when certain men lose women, they crash and burn because they worshiped that woman they didn’t actually love them.

Yoda isn't talking about Anakin's wife, he's talking about Obi Wan, because that's who he thinks Anakin is afraid of losing.
The Jedi contempt for attachments was supposed to be bad, and why Anakin being raised by them lost how to form proper attachments.
Luke saved his father because of their familial attachments, as Vader had done nothing but form bad relationships with his family, Luke's actions in response were a mercy, undeserving, proving to his father that if Luke could be a good man, so could Anakin.

I get that he's supposed to be like a celibate Monk. But we are only human. Not his case. But by not having an emotional attachment like love to a woman, you tend to focus on other more important things. Women have a way of getting in the way, even though they are to be cherished.
