Japanese Coleslaw Cabbage Salad Recipe #shorts

This Coleslaw is tasty with Umami of Katsuobushi, bonito flakes.

Ingredients:
1/2 pcs mid size Cabbage
Salt
1 pack Katsuobushi
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Sesame seeds

If you add a slight dash of soy and a 1 tbsp of mirin, the dish explodes in greater flavor :D I made this recipe once and spilled soy by accident. Didn't want to waste it so I tried it, a bit too salty, so I added some sweet mirin and it fixed the flavor. i remade the dish again with measurements instead of accidents lol and it came out amazingly well.

Can you use just regular bonito flakes or would i need to add something eles also ??
