thanks so much for the video! I'm new to 40 k and wargaming and this helped me tweak my first 1000 point list and trim a lot of fat while keeping most of my favourite units!

I think the general rule of thumb is to play 3 games with a list before changing it substantially. In a vacuume does not translate to the game very well and you need to have a good sample size before judging the list. I 100% agree with running fewer characters (I will only run 1 for 1k and 2-3 in a 2k). An extra unit is usually better than another character. I've found board control is more important than buffing every single unit.

How about just join OPR and enjoy game play without the constant point/rule changes that you are obligated to pay for to keep updating?
