Hi, I tried to reinstall Windows 8 on dell 5558, there was windows 10 but it failed. So I upload on usb dell reinstallation tools from dell sight and according the tag there was windows 8. After I reinstated it the dell sign appears on the screen and it’s just loading for more than couple hours, then I did turn off the computer and repeated all the same. What could be the problem?

sir, how can i reinstall dell supportassist recovery partition after formatting full HDD???? . i want to restore dell inspiron 5567 to fully factory settings ( one partition for original windows image(osbackup), other for supportassist recovery, rest for storage) . plz make clear that i am not talking about supportassist application. i am talking about reinstalling the supportassist recovery (putting back that option in bios>F12)

I can't access my desktop. I keeps saying that it ran into an error. I tried to get into F8 but that won't work and then I tried to adjust the settings in bios and that didnt work. I went to dell and downloaded the software and but it on a usb to reset it that way and a Invalid partition error came up.
