CPC AMENDMENT Ordinance for expeditious justice
Jurisdiction of civil court now is below 50 million
Jurisdiction of District court is 50 million or above now.
Court can dismiss case on first date.
Simultaneous summons .
Filing of written statement is compulsory in 30 days of service.
Right of defence will be closed for non submission of written statement.
Framing of issues within 90 days of suit.
Recording of evidence through commission.
Evidence through affidavits.
Judgement of civil case in 90 days of final hearing.
Now civil appeal will be in High court in 30 days.
Decision of Appeal in 90 days by High Court.
Second Appeal now omitted.
