The health minister could have up graded the existing district hospital with more beds, ventilators, O2 concentrators
for the benefit of the entire constituency than using his clout for the benefit of his cronies. This is an attempt to shore
up his battered image with his electorate. His failures are too glaring to go un noticed by the people of Karnataka.
