I'd forgotten all about this. Not laughed so much in ages. I think I only used to watch it because George Cole was in it. The two types of comedy - George Cole's laid back style and the son's almost unhinged approach - blend very well.

Canned laughter & not George's finest but more his pension. Just watched him in Cleopatra as Caesar's mute servant.
