I came here hoping to play Resident Evil 4 VR on my Index, learning quite quickly now that it wouldn't work :( Honestly didn't realize Quest/Rift/Link were all different s****y Facebook mediums, I thought, say, the Rift would be able to play Quest games, and such. I thought any of the Oculus archetypes would play the same games, but at differing quality settings.

My excitement is killed and my day is ruined :( But thank you for the helpful video, Matteo

I'm using quest and streaming from virtual desktop. When I launch some games from revive it only runs in the screen but the app doesn't launch in VR, like air car or ghost in the shell. Please help!

Revive is not working for me, i am running the latest update 1.9.1. launching applications like First contact and oculus dreamdeck results in a error with the message: "Cannot run this application without an Oculus Rift." Launching Bullet Train give an error that states: "Fatal error!" And launching Lost does not even give a message. I am using the Valve Index and have everything updated.

I have a oculus cv1 and an index.... I have a few games/mods etc. that only work with the oculus so I want to keep it ready to use but when I try to use revive for other oculus games it always tries to open the game on my oculus instead of the index.... do I need to completely uninstall my oculus in order to use revive? can I have both headsets pulled in at the same time.... I already have to use "oculus tray tool" to shutdown the oculus services just to play steamvr games on the index as it As of right now.... Grand theft auto 5 and morrowind in vr only work on the oculus... I assume if I disconnected my oculus headset I might be able to get revive to work...

I play DEFECTOR on REVERB and how to move ? Or what is to be set in the control so that I have to be allowed to move those hand grippers. Can't I take a step? How ?

I cant get revive to work. I have a htc vive pro and I downloaded the newest version of revive (1.9.2) but it keeps saying cannot run without oculus rift no matter how I launch the game. any idea on what I should do?

im having a problem with revive whenever i opened steam vr it lagged do much with it so i uninstalled revive got rid of any access files ect but my steam vr is still lagging its but off! anyone know a solution

I will try injecting but on echo VR it launches but only on the monitor. In the headset it just says up next, echo VR.

Trying to get a pirated "Hello Puppets" game to work on the Valve Index... I don't think anyone has gotten it to work? I have the latest Revive, and it doesn't do anything.... do I just drag it in the dashboard? It comes with some injector files I don't know what to do with, but other people who probably tried those too couldn't get it according to the comments from it.

I don't know why, but even when I have Steamvr, Oculus, revive and my valve index running the game still says that I don't have an Oculus rift so the game doesn't run :(
