Glycemic index (GI) is a measure of how quickly a food can make your blood sugar (glucose) rise. Only foods that contain carbohydrates have a GI. Foods such as oils, fats, and meats do not have a GI, though in people with diabetes, they can affect the blood sugar.

Naglalagay ako ng raddish everytime mag sinigang na isda ako at salad with cucumber and tomatoes.

Wala po akong diabetes pero ito na po ang gabay ko sa kalusugan for almost 10years now. Sobrang effective po sya na ngyon ay naipapasa ko na sa aking dalawang anak edad 13yrs old at 8yrs old - ang kaalaman na ito.

The best recipe for me when using radish is sinigang; whether with fish/ pork spare ribs or beef short ribs👍 Radish is also good for salad, with sliced tomatoes, onion, garlic and vinegar.

I❤gsk, habang nanood ako sa video mo doc Gary, tumaas yong sugar ko kac nagutom ako dami ko nakain na white rice tapos yong mga ulam medyo matamis pa, after one hour bigla akong nahilo at naghanap ng bed, tapos uminum ng maraming tubig kaagad.kaya maraming sa advice mo doc.hind pa huli ingat talaga sa mga kinakain.god bless you doc, at maraming salamat 🙏❤️
