I had the same problem, but non of the above worked, finally just used the desktop as directory, fortunately worked.

Yes it works with the 1st soln. Thanks. But a problem occured. After performing maximum liklihood classification only one class is available. Could you please solve it.

I thought it was constantly failing as the program crashed constantly performing “Create Signature”. Apparently it did create the file when I checked the folder. However it was pure luck that I looked

i fix changing the name of image satelite in Arcgis, whith out space
