I think Ghanaians pronunciation is similar to the pronunciation of the people living in London and Southern England (the kind that you hear on the BBC) while Nigerians, Sierra Leonians and Cameroonians pronunciations are similar to that of the people living in Manchester and northern part of England.

Cameron and Nigeria pronounce things similar but now there is app in dictionary that pronounce words as it should be and not as we feel. Download it and practice it instead of unnecessary augment. Doctor under fan etc is clear on how to pronounce it
