Quick rule to understanding Wokish: the actual definition is always the opposite.

So Inclusion actually means Exclusion.

Anti-racist means new-racist
Tolerance means intolerant

Basically, whatever the natural meaning is, assume the opposite and you have it.

Negate the negation.

I would go as far as to say inclusion didn't sound appealing from the start, without even knowing how it would manifest. Vague terminology usually means trouble in my experience.

Thanks, James. I have another woke term for your dictionary. Recently, here in Canada, they introduced a new woke term: "flame purification." It refers to a new tradition that's been introduced in Canadian schools to burn books deemed as offensive to Indigenous people. The first "flame purification" ceremonies were in 2019 at francophone schools in southwestern Ontario. Since then, more than 4, 700 books have been removed from library shelves at 30 schools across Ontario. The Conseil Scolaire Catholique Providence, which oversees elementary and secondary schools in southwestern Ontario, says the book burnings were for “educational purposes” and "acts of reconciliation with Indigenous people."

Generally speaking these people use Orwellian speak to describe their ideology and objectives.
Basically speaking in reverse and opposite of their true intentions.

My company that I’ve loved working at for 15 years has now turned into a huge Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion centered organization over the last 5 years. It’s a midsized regional bank that was in my home town. Multiple relatives over the past few generations have worked here off and on. Heck, I was even on the little league team they sponsored as a kid. Now they sponsor Gay Pride Parades instead of little league teams. It’s sad. The people I work with on a daily basis are silent and live in fear of saying or doing anything wrong. Many are just trying to last until retirement. However, it’s too many years for me, so I have to make a decision. Fight or flight. I’m in IT and have employment options, but what about future generations? Will they have anywhere to work if they don’t parrot wokism?

We have only one student at my school (middle school) He is a boy but he feels he is a girl. If someone uses the wrong pronoun he has a tantrum. But, wait it does not end there! He has a stuffed animal that he expects people to acknowledge as his friend. Luckily he is not in my class. I think it is crazy that teachers are expected to talk to his stuffed animal friend.
