In this video we will continue considering the SI Units used in connection with the electrical industry. We will learn the SI Units of magnetism, including their mathematical and unit symbols. We'll also see how magnetic flux differs from magnetic flux density. Click the link below to find the worksheet referenced in the video.

These videos are aimed at learners studying electricity on any course and will help those studying the City and Guilds 2365, 5357 Apprenticeship, 7202 and 8202 courses as well as the EAL Diploma in Electrical Installation.

Instead of Tesla sometimes the old unit „Gauss“ can be found. Still in use in astrophysics. 10, 000 Gauss = 1 Tesla. Probably caused by some mathematic formulas which only work with such ancient units. Like gas formulas for pressure corrections which only work with the old pressure unit Torr (mmHg).

Much respect for tesla, he changed the world, and his desperate attempt to make electricity wireless

hi joe, , brilliant videos, they have really helped me....this is off topic but. i have a question in a assignment about a circuit that is out of phase by an angle of 53.13 degrees lagging, it asks me to sketch a wave form with 2 complete cycles. do you have any videos that covers this topic? thanks a lot
