No you'd only need half that amount cuz you only need to know the distance of 2 sides to be able to calculate the whole area you don't need all 4 sides worth of oreos cuz once you know the distance of 2 sides then the other 2 sides have to be the exact same (if the defined shape is a rectangle)

For the whole area, 450 oreo. For the perimeter, 86 oreo.

not only was the measurement that needed to be calculated super vague. You also didn't even mention what the answer was, and you are forcing people to literally count one by one how many there were. I recently got interested in FlexiSpot desks, but seeing this has made me reconcider...
