 STEP 1
- Measure the tape from your hairline to shoulder
- Cut the tape if necessary (don't forget to round the edges!)
- Rip the ends of the I-Strip

STEP 2
- Lay the base of the I-Strip with 0% stretch
- Tilt head towards the opposite shoulder and apply with 0% stretch
- Rub to activate the glue
