Possibly, a spelling mistake, but it is hard not to make the comparison of Russia and its quazi-states of 'Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics.' On the other side of the planet in New Delhi, India, the public laughed at Russian foreign minister Lavor when he said, quote: 'the war, which we are trying to stop, that was launched against us.'
