I remember doing that when I was a kid - maybe 8 or 9 years old. I learned it from my sister who was 3 years older. it was always a strange experience, but I have no memories of what happened while I was "out." I remember that it always seemed as though I had been out for hours, but was told it had only been 20 seconds, or 30 seconds, or whatever. I do remember that the experience of coming back into consciousness was not especially pleasant, and I always wanted to "do it again" and go back into that non waking consciousness state. my sister would stop me, telling me it was dangerous to keep doing it. I can't say I had any remarkable experiences while in the "knocked out" state - only that is was pleasant, and coming back to consciousness - not so much.

I am an author... (contemporary fiction writer, mostly). I happened upon this channel about a month ago and became fascinated by the stories. I was also looking for a sub-plot to include in my next novel and your videos gave me a great idea. I have decided to add a critical NDE experience to a prominent character in the storyline. I will dedicate an entire chapter where she explains her NDE experience to an interested party. She will then, with the help of her spirit guides, be sent back to earth with a mission to save many lives, which have otherwise ended too soon.

It’s a very good description of the differences between states of consciousness, and how unique the NDE state of consciousness/being is. I also feel like, “oh, no, not this life again or this problem in this life again”…it’s a disappointing feeling. But I also believe it’s what we chose to do, what obstacles we chose to put in our lives. Sometimes it just feels so painful to keep repeating the same mistakes, trying to learn the same lesson over and over again.

My step father died from cancer in 2015 and I've been struggling ever since with my beliefs. I guess you can say it was the start of my existential crisis. Doing NDE research gave me some comfort in knowing that there was a possibility that there is something more after death. Though I still have questions that might not ever be answered because even science doesn't have the answer to them. At least right now they don't.

I had an event at the age of 14 doing this same thing. I went to hell and remember it to this day . I saw demons and knew I wasnt on earth. I came to with friends slapping my face telling me to wake up. I screamed that I went to hell and saw demons. Scared me to death.

Thank you for sharing such personal & sweet experiences. I see how it was an NDE. I can see how it was not made too complicated as you were an 11 yr old boy @ school. You still got to be in the holiness, the truest, most awe inspiring realm past the veil. I mean, there is 1st heaven- which is the sky above us. The 2nd heaven - the way up stars & close, outer space realm . I’ve heard it called the ‘astral’ realm. Entities not committed to return ‘home’ to our Father sojourn there. Beings that can scare you are found there. Then the 3rd heaven - where the apostle Paul wrote about being “ caught up in Paradise and heard unspeakable words which can not be uttered.”2Corinthians 12:4
( man, things have changed). I know that much depression or anxiety is always lapping @ our heels. After all, Jesus tells us of a ‘devil who walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” If you feel lonely or sad- there are people on this Heaven Awaits who would feel it an honor texting & sharing.
