There's a meditation technique which might help you (anyone, the world etc.):
If you have a stewing mind or a chattering mind or a mind filled with conversation; close your eyes and start condensing the words into a couple of paragraphs, a paragraph. Start summarising it in a few sentences, a couple of sentences, a sentence, a few words, a couple of words, a word and let the word go. *Feel* what arises.

Thank you Carolyn for, yet again, a powerful message we, as individuals and as a collective, NEED to "hear"!

Once the message is heard, the next step is posing a question to ones self- what am I to do and how am I to shift from weakness to strength, from fragility to anti-fragility; into POWER?

I don't know if it is pride or actually a claim to pride, a quality that they have no idea of its deep meaning. I cannot even talk to some of my patients and give them an interpretation of a medical diagnosis because I "trigger them." Sometime I cannot even tell them that they are participating in their illnesses. They get "triggered." They prefer lies than taking any responsibility in their own condition. I once told someone that he was in obesity range with serious potential medical consequences. He got so angry why I have used "that word, " even though he was paying me to give him my medical opinion and suggestions. He wanted to be called "overweight, " even though he clearly was not. He actually filed a letter of complaint against me about it, something as non-personal as a medical diagnosis.
