There's this person called meetmetotheriver who's made a "cleaned-up" version of Pleasantview, that has some fixes to help avoid corruption, but also she brought Bella back, and made her a townie in that hood

Or also, this tumblr user dreadpirate made their own "alternate" Pleasantview, and one of the changes in that is that they added Bella back to the Goth family, along with her relationships (meetme's template also gave her correct relationships and memories and such)
