Prayer Short to lift you up!

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

Starting my day in a positive way with peaceful, reflective prayer time is such an important part of my life. It's like a reset for the day - a fresh start. In sharing this time with you, reading from my favorite books, praying, expressing gratitude, etc., I'm hoping we'll all feel more positive, connected, and maybe even raise the collective vibe. This is my daily walk, growing deeper in my faith, relationship with God, The Holy Spirit, Jesus, my soul group, my guardian angel (who probably works overtime), the angels and spirit guides. It's nothing fancy, but this is what sustains me, keeps me going, strong and positive as I journey through all the ups and downs of life.
