This is 100% correct. 97% of all assets on the Lobstr app are flagged as Scam Alert. I've been through this entire process of finding out all the scam assets via my personal account. It's very disheartening and disappointing to lose your assets to scam tokens

I tried a few and found they were easily able to swap back to xlm for what I paid. How is it a scam if I can get my xlm back? It is also easy to withdraw xlm too. Hazard means somebody objects.

On the spread sheet they are listed on dex
That means if they are verified on dex they are actually legit

There are so many coins not scam in LOBSTR. I was surprised you have all asset scam and a lot of quantities.
Don’t trade too much because they indicated they can remove or block without your permission.

You actually do not know why they are scam, and would you be following QSI you would know! The assets are no scam... ! Before you post, do your due diligence on whats really happening.
