Many years ago I’ve seen a document about that phenomenon on History Chanel (like I Belive in 2009 smth). In that document they added a small interview with one officer (probably that one which you mentioned in video) he claimed that after investigation he was visited by aliens in his own room which talk to him in Spanish.
