Ukraine War: Russian troops ordered to withdraw from Kherson

Russian troops have been ordered to withdraw from the key southern city of Kherson.

General Sergei Surovikin said it was no longer possible to supply the city.

Kherson was the only regional capital taken and controlled by Russia when it launched its war back in February.

In February most experts (including western ones) expected Ukraine to surrender within a week. 9 months into the war Ukraine is standing tall and proud and Russia is on the back foot. What an inspiring performance by the Ukrainians!
