Illustrator - Convert CMYK to Pantone

A quick walk-thru of converting a single CMYK color to the closest possible Pantone match, depending on the chosen book.

I still suggest that you recheck color conversion via Pantone bridge. Because i checked Pantone color that is achievable in CMYK and the results did not match. This is a good try but it is not so accurate. In many design cases it might work but when you have client with specific color idea this is not a good way to determine colors. Best regards
