Dan the Skipping Man® - Skip 5 is here. Our brand new short sharp work out for schools.

All teachers need to do:
-Get each child spread safely around your hall.
-Explain that the children should follow the Skip 5 instruction but they don't have to skip continuously. We have intermittent breaks in the session too.
-Press play on your Skip5 video and let Dan the Skipping Man teach your class.
-Skip 5 lasts 5 minutes including a 1 minute break built in.

Please note:
Dan the Skipping Man promotes safe skipping and consideration of space @ all times.

Skip in a safe space where you will not hit anything or anyone.

Skipping can be strenuous ensure you work within your level of fitness. If you need a break take one.

- Slalom
- Alternate Foot Hop
