Words can not describe how legendary Scorsese's work is. He's made such art, that I can safely say he's a modern day classical artist and will surely be spoken of in the future and hopefully people will study his work as the core of cinematography. This music captures so many abstract things going on in the minds of those who watch the scenes while the music plays in the movie. I personally felt like it was a perfectly masterminded beginning of the end of GoodFellas, this kind of representing the characters coming to peace with the consequences they have to face for everything they've done up to that point. And Liotta's narration along with it, simply beautiful

What Jimmy really loved to do, what Jimmy really loved to do was steal. I mean he actually enjoyed it. Jimmy was the kind of guy who rooted for the bad guys in the movies.
