I have the Metro 20 and decided to mount using 3M dual lock, because I didn’t want screw heads sticking out of the surface of my board. If you do this, be sure to remove the 3 mounting screws (and store them away for later), so that the rubber feet on the bottom of your board will sit flush to the ground. Otherwise your board will sit on the screws themselves, making it unstable. Great product from Truetone!!

Fantastic presentation! Clear, concise, good natured. So impressed with all of my Truetone (and Visual Sound) products. Thank you for doing what you do.

Got the C12 on my old custom board, running my pedals through a Vox AC30. Glorious tones, and no doubt the PSU helps my pedals. Very glad.

I really love my CS6 1 spot power supply, i really hope that true tone will Invent another low profile power supply like CS 6 in the future with more output 🙂

Thanks TrueTone, i will get another 1 spot power supply in the future to power up my 10-15/20 pedals 🙂

use a 7/32 bit for the tapered screws to seat lower

Does the pedal board lay on the power cord is there a notch for the cord?

I think you could find some flat panhead type screws to screw it down so the top is flush. When I get mine Im just gonna velcro it

This is a great unit, but I'd love to see a CS8... for 'medium' boards. My CS6 is powering 7 pedals, two 9v pedals via the supplied two-connector daisy chain. Assuming I kept within the mA draw, would it be possible to power 8 pedals if I used a second two-connector MC2 daisy chain in one of the other DC outputs on the brick? Or could/should I get an MC5 five-connector daisy chain and run three pedals off it, say via one of the 500mA outputs?

To be clear, does "M4" specify the thread pitch? I'm going to mount mine to a wooden pedalboard I'm building and will be stopping by Lowes soon... (need longer screws) (moving this to the main thread)

I used the template, taped it down and everything, but the holes were still misaligned. Granted, I'm a musician and not very handy, but this was frustrating. Luckily one screw will hold it in place.
One detail not mentioned in the video is that to use the screws that will be flush with the top of your pedal board, you must counter-sink them. And that's another skill level. Otherwise, the other type screws will stick up from the top and will create bumps in the velcro.

Do you have flush mounted screws? The raised screws could pose an issue with putting down pedals...

Just gonna velcro mine to my Blackbird Feather board. I don't want to drill into it at this point while still figuring out layout.

A little bummed I didn't find this video (and read through all the comments) before I bought my CS6 and swapped out my Strymon Ojai on my Pedaltrain Nano. After two unsuccessful attempts to line up and drill the holes using the template, I gave up and went with velcro. Unfortunately, the velcro makes the CS6 a little lower than the rubber feet on the board, so I have a board that slips and slides unless I bring a couple little shims with me to put under the pedalboard's feet. Power supply works well, though, and I'm glad I don't have to use an outboard transformer anymore, like I did with the Ojai.

I just bought this for my Metro but unsure about power cord...does it come up and out from between bars?
