1. Change your number. 2. Move far away. 3. Block any contact with any of them that try to force you back to something that hurt you so much. 4. Make sure you only share any new number or contact information who you can trust. 5. Get restraining order against them, every single one of them not sparing anyone who hurt you in any way shape or form.
