How to position yourself PERFECTLY in Defense!

Here we discuss defensive release positions for each defender based on the type of the attack. We cover the location of the release, ideal body position and the strategy behind the release positions. I always have my club & collegiate team hit deep into the court to the right or left of the middle back defender. There is only 1 defender in the last 10 feet of the court. Scoring becomes easier when you realize the defender can’t possibly cover the entire last 1/3 of the court by themselves.

i have a qustion how can i see the defender hands when i hit the ball one the net [spikinkg ] i just see the ball when setter pass and i cant see the both the ball and defender hands

So, if the setter is in the front row, how do the 3 back row players position themselves in free ball? Does opposite prepare to hit from back row and the other 2 still split the court?
