As a grower of wild simulated, or domestic seed grown in the wild setting, of ginseng I can say it amazing. Be it the root or the leaf. I drink my own ginseng leaf tea and it gives off a very calming clarifying feeling within minutes of drinking it. I don't use the root as I always read it can elevate blood pressure and I have a bit of an issue with that already.

I started taking lion's mane mushroom and korean red ginseng for my ADHD and well... the ginseng made me stop coffee all together. The energy is has given me is incredible. Not manic, just very calm and consistent energy. Mental, physical and emotional energy. I'm very impressed.

Very interesting and detailed. Fermented ginseng is said to already make the active components available without first being processed in the gut.

Very interesting. I had not considered ginseng as a fat burning agent. Is there a ginseng you recommend (Chinese, Korean, Siberian, etc.) or a recommendation based on the research?

Also there’s natural flavors in Bigelow and the process to make something decaffeinated involves adding chemicals

I read a while back that ginseng is supposed to be cycled, at least for athletic performance. What are your thoughts about this? Is there a benefit to cycling for athletic performance and if so is the weight management aspect independent of that benefit?

I get ginseng tea from Hsu Ginseng in WI, one of the largest growers. They actually export a large amount of WI grown ginseng to East Asia.
