Burnout is such a neglected topic in our industry and I have to applaud Igor for having the guts to bring it up at a tech conference. Mindfulness meditation is clearly a great practice for dealing with this and it doesn't even require a religious belief system.  #mindfulness

Thank you Igor for taking the time to explain such an important matter in an engineering conference. 
After several burnout in my life, I finally managed to get passed the burnout stage, and I now know when I have to get a week of sleep to recover from too much coding marathon.
What I haven't managed to do yet is how to deal with an annoying and cruel colleague except quitting the job pissed off.  My only direction is that I should had quit it earlier.
