I have read the original comic. This is a really good introduction at the whole story (the whole comic serie is like 30/50 volumes)

not gonna lie, i thought the plague doctor was meant to be the superhero for a full minute, and when i realized they werent, i made the decision to root for them anyway
because plague doctors are cool, and its not really much worse than rooting for Loki in the MCU anyway
