This was indeed helpful. Researching different chairs for my hubs and he definitely needs cushion love on the tail n lumbar but also the neck is super important. I'm so happy I found this video at the right time as the Ergo Chair pro is on sale for CAD332
although sadly only the green Ergo Chair pro is at this sale price so defiantly not the first choice in terms of colour as I would take the black, grey or blue one over this but for the benefits, I wouldn't mind getting a chair where the seat is green. I haven't purchased it yet though as I am still looking at other options.

Dope review! Yah that armrest is hard af lol, but I dig my ergo chair a lot and I feel like it’s been so beneficial to my posture. Does your adjustable back support go down on its own a lot? I swear I can’t get the back support to stay in place.
