5:19 for those who dont know, u have to go to void world in psx, not ps99 then look at the right side where there's a door with the billboard that said "hardcore mode". U press E then it teleports u to hardcore mode, then walk over to the purple building where it says E then press it then it unlocks the purple building where u unlock the purple hoverboard. Hope this helps.
